Shipping and Delivery
Methods of shipping
All orders (subject to unavailability of products) will be shipped in 5-6 working days. Kindly allow extra days for local and national holidays and weekends. In case of an order involving multiple products, they will all be shipped together, subject to availability. In case shipping of a particular product is delayed, it shall be dispatched as soon as the item is in stock.
Charges for shipping
All orders over $50 shall be eligible for free shipping (within NEW ZEALAND only). Orders below this limit shall be subject to a flat shipping fee, irrespective of the number of items or products in the order. As mentioned in the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to amend the free delivery policy, subject to advance notification to customers.
Tracking the order
Upon successful dispatch and shipping of the order, customers will be sent an email confirmation. You may also request a courier link to track your shipment. This way, you can have a fair idea of when the order shall be delivered. Kindly ensure that you provide a correct email address.
Returns and refunds
We aim to provide you with the best quality products, if however there is a slip up, and you do happen to receive a damaged product or a product that does not match the description on the website, please contact us and we will help resolve this issue right away!

However, please choose carefully, because we do not provide a refund for any change of mind returns.

Please note: We do not provide refunds in cash or any form of transfer. All returns will be refunded by way of replacement or store credits, which are valid for up to 6 months.
Buyer is responsible for freight charges incurred during the transaction and due to returns. These are not refundable.
